I competed in Hack IITK in February 2025. Didn't win — but the experience changed my trajectory. I applied to C3iHub, the organization behind the hackathon, and got in. Now I've built Hack Arena — the complete platform that runs the same competition I once sat in as a participant. Coding competitions, CTF challenges, team management, judging workflows, real-time analytics — the entire system. This year, I'm on the other side — guiding and managing it as an organizer.
